At Canada Gebeya, we are committed to delivering high-quality Ethiopian and Eritrean products to your door as quickly and efficiently as possible.

LOCAL DELIVERY (Calgary Only)

  • Delivery Timeframe: We typically deliver within 24 hours of your order being placed, for all Calgary addresses.

  • Exceptions: While we strive for 24-hour delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, high order volumes, or logistical disruptions. Delivery delays will vary depending on the situation.

  • Legal Disclaimer: Canada Gebeya is not legally responsible for any delays beyond 24 hours. While we do our best to meet our delivery targets, unforeseen factors can impact timing.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE CALGARY

We currently do not offer shipping outside Calgary, but are working to expand our service area. Once available, delivery times will follow standard regional, national, and international courier timelines:

  • Within Alberta (outside Calgary) – Estimated delivery times will vary by location.

  • Canada-wide & North America – Standard postal or courier delivery timeframes.

  • International – Shipping times will vary by destination and may be impacted by customs, international logistics, or other delays.

Details on shipping carriers and timeframes will be added once nationwide and international delivery becomes available.
